"Promo Didn’t Feel Like Much of a Deal"
I saw a promo on Media Markt PL and thought I’d found a good deal, but after the extra costs were added, the final price was almost the same as usual. Delivery was fine, no real issues there, but the offer felt a bit misleading. Not sure if others had the same experience, but I’d definitely double-check the total before getting too excited about the discount.

Umm, overall I’m happy with it. The product feels solid and works just fine, but the packaging was a bit rough when it arrived. Not a huge deal, though.

I checked mediamarkt a few times before making a purchase, the prices felt a bit disappointing. At first glance, some of the promo labels looked tempting, but once I compared them with other shops, they didn’t really seem like proper deals. The website itself is fine and the selection is good, but the pricing gives off a weak impression for a big store. I expected better

"I returned one item to mediamarkt…"
I returned one item to mediamarkt and I was kind of expecting the refund to take ages, because you never really know with online returns, and then I started checking the tracking more than I probably needed to. But in the end it was fine, the money came back quickly, just a few days after they received the package. No real issues with the process. The only thing is that the tracking info could’ve been a bit clearer, because I wasn’t always sure what was happening. Overall though, good experience. I’d give it 4 stars.

I got my order without any issues, and everything was as expected. The pickup desk was a little slow when I arrived, but the staff was helpful and the process still went smoothly overall

I ordered from mediamarkt and the delivery date got changed twice, which was a fun little surprise. There were no clear updates until I reached out to support myself, and even then the answer was vague, super helpful, obviously. The package did eventually arrive, just later than expected. The product itself was fine, but I wouldn’t exactly trust the delivery timing if you need something on schedule.

I opened a complaint and they just kept pushing it back without really helping. I never got a clear answer, and something about it just felt really frustrating. Annoying experience overall.

"Slow delivery and not much help"
I ordered a small item from mediamarkt because the website showed it would arrive quickly, but the delivery ended up being painfully slow. For days it just looked like the package was stuck somewhere with no useful updates. When I contacted support, they basically just told me to wait, which really gave me that feeling like they had made it my problem instead of actually helping. It did finally arrive after a few more days, but the whole experience was frustrating. I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something anytime soon.

I’ve used mediamarkt.pl a few times and, reading between the lines, it feels like the basics are there but the site still needs some polishing. It usually works fine, but finding the right filters or comparing products can get a bit frustrating. Some pages also loaded slower than I’d expected. On the plus side, checkout was straightforward and didn’t cause any issues. Overall, not a bad experience, just not as smooth or clear as it could be.

"Box showed up completely smashed"
I don’t usually make a big deal about packaging, but this box was seriously crushed when it arrived. The item was almost falling out, so I feel like I’m justified in being annoyed about it. A little better packing would’ve made a big difference.

I ordered from mediamarkt.pl and the package did arrive in the end, so that part was fine. The product was delivered safely, which I appreciated. However, the tracking was confusing and didn’t update for a while, so I kept checking and still wasn’t really sure where my order was. Delivery also took a bit longer than I expected. Overall, not a bad experience, but it would be much better if the tracking info was clearer and more up to date.

"Annoying Return Process and Still No Refund"
I sent the headphones back, but the return form was confusing from the start. Support just kept telling me to wait, which got old really fast. It’s been 3 weeks now and I still haven’t seen a refund. I don’t have the patience for this kind of messy return process...

"Torn because I’ve always liked the brand"
I’ve been loyal to this brand for a while, so I expected the warranty process to be a bit smoother. The claim took longer than I would’ve liked, which was frustrating and made me question sticking with them. That said, once everything finally went through, they did fix the issue properly. So I’m a little mixed on the experience, but at least they made it right in the end
